Learning outcomes

The course aims to give students the knowledge and skills in methods and techniques for physical conditioning of training for injury prevention on outdoor activities and mountain sports

Program

The integrated course includes a series of specific disciplines of mountain sports, natural environments, and winter sports which are analyzed in the fundamental aspects and in the methods of training and physical preparation.
