Subterranean worlds: exploring the depths of the Earth in science, philosophy and religion.
Program
The aim is to explore the complex cultural process that led natural philosophers to figure out the structure and dynamics of the Earth's inner core.
Materials for study and discussion will be provided in PDF format by the Professor. Those who are not in condition of taking part in the lecture-seminar will be informed about alternative readings.
