Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing the student with the instruments for identifying, understanding and using the regulatory sources concerning labour law and european labour law, with particular regard to the protection of the most vulnerable groups (such as the disabled and not-EU citizens). The course enables the student to develop a correct technical terminology and to acquire the necessary skills and conceptual knowledge to analyse and manage social issues from a labour law perspective.
