Learning outcomes
The training course will contribute to the acquisition of the competencies associated with being a professional Psychologist, in particular for a Psychologist for training and professional development; introducing the use of cognitive assessment methods and psychological interventions, in particular for the planning, implementation and evaluation of training courses in organisational contexts. By the end of the training course students will be able to: - integrate theoretical and applied knowledge and to highlight methods for dealing with processes and contexts, in the end for making judgments and responsible decisions while being aware of the ethical and social implications of one’s actions; - communicate clearly and efficiently for a specialist and non specialist audience the relevant knowledge, objectives, choices and rationales; - develop a continuous learning plan, using methods for reflection and analysing experiences to draw up an appropriate plan for professional and cultural development.
