Didactic methods
The teaching methods implemented will be those of PBL. The students will be divided into groups according to the areas of clinical expertise. Starting from a question that needs an answer according to the evidence based practice approach, they will then have to explore possible solutions.
Learning assessment procedures
The report consists of work that has the aim of developing an evidence-based decision-making process starting from a problem-scenario and clinical care question. The topics may be related to areas of nursing - obstetric intervention centered on problems - needs of the patient and family. The report must contain all the elements listed below and subsequently discussed in an interview with the teachers on the day of the exam. The students, divided into groups, will present with the help of some slides the elaboration process they have constructed and the answer to the question they started with.
Students will be presented and provided with an evaluation rubric with indicators of self-evaluation of work. Furthermore, the student will be asked to define a meta-reflection on their learning.
Evaluation criteria
The final vote will be the synthesis resulting from the weighted average of the evaluations of the three required outputs: - design (60%) will be evaluated in terms of completeness of the items, coherence with the mandate, transferability in practice (consideration of the EBN model); - presentation (20%) will be evaluated in terms, communicative effectiveness and organization of the presentation; -individual meta-reflection work (20%) will be evaluated in terms of re-elaboration of the experience and connection between practical and theoretical knowledge
