Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning outcomes
Die Lehrveranstaltung vermittelt den Studierenden die Basiskonzepte zu den "Erfahrungsbasierten Lernmodellen". Dabei steht eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit den Modellen im Vordergrund und der Bezug zur eigenen beruflichen Praxis.
WissenE:
• Die Theorien zu den diversen Modellen des erfahrungsbasierten Lernens kann beschrieben werden. Geschichtliche Bezüge werden hergestellt und analysiert.
• Aufbauend auf den Erkenntnissen der Wahrnehmungspsychologie werden biologische, biografische und rollenspezifische Aspekte dabei erkannt und analysiert; Der Aspekt des dauernden Transfers und der wiederkehrenden Schlussfolgerungen werden erkannt
• Die Theorie-Modelle zum erfahrungsbasierten Lernen können beschrieben werden, die jeweiligen Autoren werden den entsprechenden Theorien zugeordnet. Dabei werden Zusammenhänge und geschichtliche Hintergründe aufgegriffen und zugeordnet.
• Zu jedem theoretischen Modell werden Stärken und Schwächen / Widersprüche herausgearbeitet. Die Modelle werden in Bezug zueinander gesetzt und ihre theoretische Basis analysiert.
• Die von Jean Piaget beschriebenen Dynamiken im Rahmen von Lernprozessen – Äquilibration, Assimilation und Akkomodation – können erklärt und beschrieben werden
• Das Learning cycle von David Kolb als kognitives Lernmodell kann aus seiner Theorie her beschreiben und in den Alltag umgesetzt werden.
• Kenntnis des personzentrierten Ansatzes von Carl Rogers und seine Bedeutung für "erfahrungsbasierte Lernmodelle"
• Erklären und Beschreiben des 4–Faktoren_Modells von Ruth C. Cohn. Umsetzung der Erkenntnisse im Rahmen der "Themenzentrierten Interaktion" Wissen um die Bedeutung für den beruflichen Alltag.
• Erklären und Beschreiben des neurobiologischen Modells zur Erklärung von Lern- und Entwicklungsprozessen von Gerhard Roth. Beschreibung des Einflusses auf die Persönlichkeit des Menschen und Umgang damit.

• Eigenständige Reflexion der Inhalte
• Die verschiedenen Modelle unterscheiden können und miteinander in Beziehung bringen.
• Dabei Stärken und Schwachstellen des jeweiligen Modells herausarbeiten.

Didaktische Anlage:
Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung sind Elemente von Frontalunterricht (PowerPoint-Folien), Videoanalysen, Gruppendiskussionen und Einzelreflexionen vorgesehen.

Examination Methods
Prüfungsform
Voraussetzung für Prüfung: Die Studierenden erarbeiten ein "Portfolio". Dabei verschriftlichen sie nach jeder Lehrveranstaltung eine Reflexion und Analyse der Inhalte. Diese Arbeit wird mit 2/5 der Gesamtnote bewertet.
Kriterien der Prüfung:
Das Ziel der Prüfung ist festzustellen welches Niveau der Ausbildungsziele erreicht worden ist, die bereits oben angeführt wurden.
Die mündliche Prüfung:
Die Studierenden erhalten 2 bis 4 offene Fragen, die ermöglichen eine breite und komplexere Antwort zu geben.
Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung werden Beispiele für Prüfungsfragen angesprochen.
Die Bewertung des Portfolio (2/5 der Note) und die Bewertung der mündlichen Prüfung (3/5 der Note) ergeben die Gesamtnote.
