Program
The course will consist of two parts:
A) remote session (6 hours): fundamental principles of constitutional law (sovereignty, constitution, sources of law, judicial protection of rights).
B) person session (30 hours):
- Technology and legislative discretion
- Medically Assisted Reproduction and Assisted Death
- Algorithms and judicial decision-making
- Information, freedom of expression and social media
- Privacy and data protection
- Health, enviroment and sustainable development

Learning assessment procedures
Oral exam: students shall have acquired knowledge necessary in order to address the constitutional profiles of 'Law and new technologies' both from a theoretical and practical perspective.

Oral exam: students shall have acquired knowledge necessary in order to address the constitutional profiles of 'Law and new technologies' both from a theoretical and practical perspective.
ERASMUS students are requested to contact the teacher at the beginning of the course in order to properly plan their study. The exam is held in Italian.
