Learning outcomes

The goal of this course is to introduce students to the analysis of the German morphological system.

Program

"Introduzione al sistema morfologico del tedesco"
Il corso introduce i concetti base della morfologia, come morfo, morfema, allomorfo, i vari tipi di affissi, il concetto di produttività e l'analisi strutturale delle parole morfologicamente complesse. Tratterà in dettaglio il sistema morfologico del tedesco, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i vari processi di formazione della parola come la derivazione, il sistema flessivo, la conversione, la composizione e la morfologia non-concatenativa (Ablaut, Umlaut e accorciamenti).
Il corso prevede esercitazioni pratiche di analisi morfologica.

Il programma del corso è uguale per studenti frequentanti e studenti non-frequentanti

Examination Methods

Final exams throughout the year are oral. Students which attend classes regularly are offered the possibility to take a written final exam immediately after the end of the course.

COMPETENZA LINGUISTICA RICHIESTA
Linguistic competence required: level B2, certified either by the CLA (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo) or by any other authorized testing center.
