Learning outcomes

1) To know and understand the pedagogical theories that support the processes and techniques of learning, training and development of individuals and of different working communities with reference also to the necessary processes of social and cultural inclusion.
2) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques to the analysis of learning processes to vocational training and to the development of practical communities.

Essential moments in the history of pedagogy relating to education with specific reference to the 19th and 20th centuries
Significant authors of the modern and contemporary age, who have expressed a particular attention to promote mentality and project perspectives in training activities.
In-depth study of some problems related to planning in training activities, work education, the educational value of work, apprenticeship.
