1) Know and understand the theories related to learning and training of individuals in the life cycle.
2) Know and understand the pedagogical theories that support the processes and techniques of learning, training and development of individuals and of different working communities in relation also to the necessary processes of social and cultural inclusion.
3) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques to the analysis of learning processes to professional training and to the development of practical communities
4) To choose and apply methodologies and teaching strategies to diversify, functional to complex training contexts and characterized by emerging personal and social needs
