Wine identity and typicality (2021/2022)
The teaching is organized as follows:
Learning outcomes
The student will have to
- know the main chemical and biochemical markers for wine varietal and geographical identity and typicality
- be able to manage the main winemaking variables connected to wine varietal and geographical identity and typicality, in relationship to the different models illustrated
- know analytical methodologies
At the end of the course participants will have acquired knowledge on the manage wine typicality and identity from production to commercialization.

Examination Methods
Achievement of the exam involves passing the three modules, each with its own examination procedures. The final mark is expressed in thirtieths and is calculated taking into account the mark of each module, normalised by the number of credits of the module itself. There are no distinctions between attending and not attending students.
