Prerequisites and basic notions

The experiential laboratory is aimed at students interested in studying some of the main typical functions of the HR role: from selection to insertion, from job performance management to (re) planning career paths, from evaluation to enhancement of people at work, up to interventions focused on the management and promotion of work and organizational well-being. Understanding the strategies and policies, as well as the people management tools used by the 'Human Resources' function to support organizational development, is the central objective of the course. During the training, practical exercises will be proposed that will allow participants to gain direct experience of evidence-based strategies and techniques, applicable in organizations to support human resource management.

Learning assessment procedures

The assessment of the learning outcomes includes an oral presentation based on the preparation and presentation of a written elaboration of in-depth analysis of one or more HR functions among those studied in depth during the workshop.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The exam product will be assessed for: presentation relevant to the delivery, organization of the topics covered: logic and coherence, clear and correct presentation, articulated lexicon and rich in technical terms.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The evaluation consists of the grade assigned to the exam product.
