Learning objectives
Achieve autonomy and critical sense in the execution of the measures to be implemented in a sporting context
Prerequisites and basic notions
Students will have to know the main methods, protocols and tools for evaluating and measuring human movement and its acute and chronic effects.
Program
During the course, students will have the opportunity to know and use methods for measuring internal and external loads, evaluations in rest conditions and reaching the maximum limits. The tools and protocols will be applied with a critical sense to different situations allowing students a sufficient degree of autonomy of exercise.

Didactic methods
Each lesson includes a theoretical introduction to the topic, followed by a workshop part in lab
Learning assessment procedures
The exam includes the oral discussion of a paper prepared by the student where a laboratory experience carried out during the lessons and / or independently will be described and analyzed.
