Learning objectives
• Know the guidelines for prescribing physical activity for well-being. • Know the principles for planning and conducting physical activity for health promotion in an adult population in the form of outdoor sporting activity. • Know the methodologies of evaluation, planning and monitoring of sports activity for successful interventions in the adult population. • Know, know how to plan and apply physical exercise models for an adult population.

Program
• FITT guidelines and principles. • Prevention and promotion of health in the adult population. • The value of outdoor activity and the effect of the activity practiced in the environment. • Bases of field assessment: aerobic capacity, strength, fatigue. • Exercise prescription. • Planning and management of proposals for outdoor sports activities for health promotion; evaluation and monitoring of sports activity for successful proposals.
