Criteria for the composition of the final grade
At the end of the course there will be a workshop in which attending students will give a presentation on one of the topics included in the program, agreed with the teacher. The degree of detail, the originality of the contribution and the style of presentation will be evaluated. Non-attending students are required to submit a written report, on a topic related to the course, agreed with the teacher. Alternatively, an oral interview of about 20 minutes is foreseen in which the student will have to demonstrate that she/he is able to analyze a standard German sentence and its translation into a dialectal variety with the tools provided during the course
