Learning objectives

The course aims to provide the future doctor with the fundamental notions to understand, deal with and try to interact with opioid and cocaine addiction and possibly catch the addict or send him to the appropriate structures for this pathology.

Program

the history, epidemiology, clinic and medical complications of the use or addiction to heroin and cocaine will be discussed, as well as new ways of taking these substances. It will also deal with therapy and how it is possible to rehabilitate a person with these addictions

Attendance-based eligibility. Date and time: 9-16 and 23/10/24 from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Location: Aula Magna De Sandre. Recommended year: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
