Learning objectives
The student will learn the morphological alterations at the cellular and tissutal level that occur in disease. He will understand the distinctive features concurring to the genesis of inflammatory, neoplastic, and degenerative diseases. The molecular basis of these alterations will be emphasized and the tecnhics permitting their recognition will be demonstrated as well as their application for the purposes of research and patient care
