Learning objectives
Modulo 1 - inserire
Module Individual and Team Sports: the course aims to give students the knowledge of basic elements of the theory and regulation of the main individual and team sports. The course aims to offer an overview of issues related to different ages, gender and different ability levels (promotional-amateur-professional).
Module Human movement and sport practice - bases and applications: the course aims to provide students with knowledge relating to the basic principles of motor behavior and learning contextualized to the practice of physical and sporting activity, and the teaching methods used for the acquisition of motor skills. At the end of the course, the student will be able to recognize and understand the basics of motor behavior and the acquisition of skills in different various age groups that characterize the practice of physical and sporting activity.
Prerequisites and basic notions
To realign the sports science skills of students with bachelor's degrees other than L22, the course requires a basic knowledge of biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology as a prerequisite.

Learning assessment procedures
Modulo 1 - inserire
Module Individual and Team Sports: the exam is aimed at checking the student's knowledge about the topics listed in the official program of the course. The exam consists of a written test (multiple-choice questions) /Oral exam (individual presentation of a project work). The goal of the exam test is to verify the level of achievement of learning objectives previously indicated. The duration of the examination will be 60 minutes. The mode of examination is the same for non-attending and Erasmus students.
Module Human movement and sport practice: bases and applications: the final exam will consist of either a written test (multiple-choice and/or short answer questions) or an oral exam.
Evaluation criteria
Modulo 1 - inserire
Module Individual and Team Sports: the evaluation of the final exam will take place taking into consideration the following indicators:
1) the depth of specific knowledge; the ability to make connections and deduce information of technical/scientific relevance; and the propriety of scientific language; 2) the accuracy of development of a project and the ability to make critical judgment; 3) the ability to organize teamwork, subject depth and critical reasoning, and communication skills. The final grade will be expressed in 30/30.
Module Human movement and sport practice - bases and applications: the evaluation of the final exam will consider the following indicators: a) Knowledge of the specific language in the specific study area of the course, b) Insightful understanding of course theoretical concepts, c) Critical analysis skill. The final grade will be assigned according to the 30-points system.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The exam includes a written test with mixed, open and closed answers for 90 minutes. The final grade is equally distributed across the three primary themes underlying the course.
