Program

Definitions and basic concepts of exercise and sports sciences;
Instrumentation and techniques for movement analysis;
Motor skills and coordination in exercise and sports science;
Introduction to motor control, motor learning and biomechanics;
Fundamentals of motor, physiological and psychosocial development in the developmental age;
Effects of aging on sensory motor control and motor skills.

Didactic methods

The teacher will use Lecture-style instruction.

Learning assessment procedures

The final exam will consist of a written test with multiple choices aimed at ascertaining the knowledge of human movement applied to motor and sports sciences.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

Each question of the test will have a score of 1 for a total of 30 points. Incorrect or not given answers will have a 0 score. The vote will be expressed out of 30.
The grade of the teaching module will be mediated with the final grade of the entire teaching with a weight equal to 33%.
Academic Honesty Policy:
Given the professional nature of our program academic dishonesty is not tolerated in this course. Any substantiated instances of academic dishonest will result in a zero for the assignments and consequently a final course grade of 0/30.
