Learning outcomes
The course’s goal is to introduce basic concepts of computer science and their relevance in legal contexts. At the end of the course, students will develop the ability to formulate, in an autonomous and critical way, judgements and elaborated arguments on the main legal questions dealt with in class.

Examination Methods
The exam is written and available On-line. An oral exam is available upon request. Physical presence at the dates of possible oral examination is compulsory for the exam to be registered. No aid (text, drafts, ...) is allowed during test.
