Examination Methods
The exam takes place in two parts. The first part consists of a pre-assessment test with multiple-choice questions, designed to verify the mastery of the basic notions of private law by the student. The second part, in the form of an interview, provides for the theoretical and practical knowledge of the institutes covered by the program. If the test is not passed three times, the next time the student can apply for the exam in the oral form.
Students who regularly attend the classes (provided that they are enrolled in the first year and ongoing) will take part to a series of tests of partial ongoing self-evalutation, which are organised all along the semester, on the topics and according to an agenda which the professor will make available during the class semester. The results of these tests will serve as a basis to evaluate the student’s performance in the final exam.
