Learning outcomes
The course aims at dealing with and analysing the juvenile criminal justice system and the provisions that protects the rights of minors and their best interest, especially in a family setting. The course will offer to the students the knowledge (both from a substantive and a procedural perspective) needed to operate in this field and to be able to critically tackle issues and cases, also in a European and international context.
