Learning outcomes

Knowledge of the constitutional law in which are placed the rules for the protection of Italian cultural heritage and knowledge of the sources of law in the subject; study of the Code of Cultural Goods and analysis of primary precepts about protection and valorization of the cultural goods, also in their historical evolution.

Pre-requisites: nothing.

Content of course:
- constitutional principles and legal sources of reference
- the protection of Italian cultural heritage
- the legal concept of cultural heritage in a historical-evolutionary
- public institutions delegated to the protection of cultural heritage
- the identification of cultural goods
- the conservation and protection of cultural property
- the promotion of cultural heritage

Examination Methods

Written examination plus possibile seminarial work.
