Learning outcomes
L'obiettivo del corso è fornire agli studenti conoscenze approfondite della letteratura tedesca da metà Settecento a metà Ottocento, nelle sue maggiori correnti rappresentative (dall’Illuminismo al primo Realismo): Illuminismo, “Sturm-und Drang”, Classicismo, Romanticismo, “Vormärz”, Realismo.
Program
Il programma riguarderà alcuni dei testi che possono essere considerati canonici per la letteratura del Settecento e dell'Ottocento tedesco: Lessing, Minna von Barnhelm (lettura integrale), poesie scelte di Goethe, passi scelti del Faust di Goethe, De la Motte Fouqué: Undine (lettura integrale); Heinrich Heine, Deutschland. Ein Wintermärchen (lettura integrale), liriche scelte; Georg Büchner: Lenz (lettura integrale).
Gli studenti dovranno quindi scegliere un testo tra i seguenti da preparare per l'esame: Joseph von Eichendorff: Aus dem Leben eines Taugenichts; E.T.A. Hoffmann: Der Sandmann; Georg Büchner: Dantons Tod, Woyzeck; Adalbert Stifter, Bunte Steine; Annette von Droste-Hülshoff: Die Judenbuche; Theodor Storm, Der Schimmelreiter; Gottfried Keller: Romeo und Julia aus dem Dorfe
Si raccomanda la lettura dei seguenti manuali:
