The course is divided into two parts. The first (institutional) aims to cover the main social, political and economic aspects of contemporary history of the twentieth century, while the second part (monographic) will address the theme of the State and therefore also of the Welfare State in the European “variations”, but also Italian, and its strengthening in the second half of the twentieth century until its crisis in face to the changes of globalization.
