Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning outcomes
The seminar presents the results obtained by the research project funded by Veneto Region (POR FSE 2014-2020. Project code 1172-1-948-2016 “Modello di Responsabilità sociale di impresa per l’ecosistema di business della ristorazione”); the peculiarity of sustainability applied to the resaurant industry, the practices most applied, the restaurant owners points of view and a model explaining the impacts on performance are presented during the seminar.
