Il progetto si propone di introdurre i partecipanti ai principi del Total Quality Management per il miglioramento delle performance competitive delle imprese.
Program
Periodo di svolgimento: il corso si svolgerà nel mese di maggio 2019.
Avrà inizio in data mercoledì 8 maggio 2019 e terminerà in data lunedì 27 maggio 2019.
Il corso si terrà in lingua inglese secondo il seguente programma:
1. What is Quality & Why is it important? – Understanding Variation – The Red Beard Game
2. Approaches to TQM – impact on productivity (includes costs of quality)
3. Process Improvement and Waste Elimination
4. Improving Performance using the Japanese 5S technique
5. Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement – the 7 tools of Quality Improvement – Peanut M&Ms Experiment
6. Customer complaints and service recovery
Examination Methods
Si richiede allo studente un impegno complessivo di 50 ore (comprensivo di frequenza in aula, studio individuale, prova finale).
L’accertamento avverrà tramite un test multiple choice.
