Learning objectives

To know and recognize the conditions for urgent and dental emergencies, face them and know how to take the patient's history. Be able to communicate the patient's condition, explain the risks and benefits of proposed therapy and provide information on prognosis. Apply acquired knowledge and information to deliver therapy in an emergency/emergency regime and be able to identify the extent of the condition and continuation of treatment and explain it to the patient, giving appropriate information about prognosis.
