Learning outcomes

The course aims to develop advanced competency in training models.

Program

Planning and management of training processes:
- Analysis of the training need and tools for its assessment: interviews, observation, questionnaires
- Elements of an educational objective
- Taxonomic levels of cognitive, gestural, affective-relational learning and related methods of teaching and evaluation
- Hidden curriculum
- Dublin descriptors
- Teaching methods: interactive lesson, case method, simulations
- Evaluation process of learning: aims, tools, types of tests
