Learning objectives
The first-year professionalizing laboratories aim to provide learning experiences before clinical internship by experiencing theoretical principles in practice in a protected and supervised environment. At the end of the course, the student must knowing how to build an improvement project according to the project work methodology.
Prerequisites and basic notions
knowledge of health law, CCNNLL, healthcare organization, ability to work in a team, to conduct an organizational analysis and problem solving ability, speech skills

Evaluation criteria
The student will be evaluated on the basis of the internal consistency of the work, the specificity of the project and the ability to research and use updated sources to address the project issues. The clarity of the presentation and the capacity for critical reflection will also be evaluated.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
the vote will consist of the evaluation of the commission (50%) and the evaluation of the written paper (50%)
