Night care and noise: - peculiarities in the evaluation and observation of patients during the night, surveillance, problems that more easily manifest themselves during the night. Care management of heart failure patients Patient self-care education: - Promote monitoring of symptoms and signs of instability (signs and symptoms and how the patient perceives them, prognostic manifestations of acute illnesses, early management at home). - Facilitate the regular intake of pharmacological therapy (treatments and methods of intake, time slots and self-monitoring. Pharmacovigilance and the patient's most frequently asked questions) - Encourage adherence to a low-sodium and balanced diet (nutrition and gastric perfusion, fatigue, pros and cons of the low-sodium diet, choice of foods). - Promote adherence to fluid restriction (when necessary and in which situations, pros and cons and how to motivate the patient). - Promote activity and physical exercise (effects of physical exercise on the disease, types and outcomes, ...) - Facilitate the adoption of behaviors to prevent flare-ups (vaccinations, smoking...) Instability: indicators and manifestations of instability. Management protocol: surveillance, rest and early mobilization. NIV and high flows: pros and cons, Stability outcomes and evolution Advanced disease: burden of symptoms and impact on the patient and family. COPD and bronchial asthma: - Interventions to develop self-care behaviors and prevention of exacerbations - Territorial healthcare management of the main problems in the initial stages of exacerbations - Advanced phase of the disease and palliative care - The family and network of territorial services that can be activated in the healthcare process assistance to the patient with AMI: - Evaluation and initial approach to chest pain - Severity indicators of acute events and management protocol - ECG signs of AMI and "alert" arrhythmias - Rehabilitation and early mobilization - Self-care and self-management interventions Complex interventions linked to the priority situations/problems addressed: - Assist and train the person with long-term LTOT. Alterations in thermoregulation: - Hyperpyrexia, hyperthermia, hypothermia and therapeutic hypothermia - Nursing interventions and therapeutic approach to the person with hyperpyrexia. - Hypothermia: negative and positive effects when therapeutic

Learning assessment procedures
exam contextual to the other modules. It will be a written test of 20 short answer and multiple choice questions. The test investigates the topics addressed in the classroom and includes both knowledge questions and the application of knowledge to short clinical situations. The test lasts 30 minutes
Evaluation criteria
The ability to discursively organize knowledge and the ability to critically reason on the study carried out will be assessed; competence in the use of specialist vocabulary, effectiveness, linearity. The grade is expressed in thirtieths and the test is passed with a result equal to or greater than 18/30. The test grade will then be averaged with the grades of the individual modules
