Learning outcomes
acquire basic knowledge, legal and health economic nature, the organization of health services in Italy and in particular in health and hospitals of the Veneto, in the light of major legislative reforms of the last fifteen years, with particular reference to the organization departmental and corporate act.
Program
a) Historical Evolution-law of the Italian health law: by mutual-charitable system to "Balduzzi decree";
b) Current institutional and organizational structure of the National Health System and the region: the recent health care reform Venetian (L.R. 19/2016) and the "Company Zero";
c) Strategic Management of the Venetian healthcare companies: management tools, programming and control. accounting and financial aspects of S.S.N.;
d) Programming and planning S.S.N. through the National Health Plan and the regional level; the innovations of recent years: fiscal federalism and the 'health federalism';
e) The departmental organization: features and objectives in the light of the current regional legislation;
f) The relationship between the National Health Service and the University: the White Paper on the fundamental principles of S.S.N.
Examination Methods
Oral examination with expectation of a 'ongoing evaluation' written at the end of the module.
