Learning objectives
The student learns to observe the activity in the clinics as a whole, aimed in particular at the procedures of reception of the patient, the preparation of the meeting and the necessary equipment for medical intervention, assistance to the operator, patient leave, decontamination and disinfection of the operating area, the refurbishment of reusable DMs, and their storage. In particular, the student will acquire: 1. the ability to engage in a professional relationship with you and integrate into the team. 2. expertise in refurbishing reusable dm 3. the ability to assist the person in RSA 4. the ability to attend the chair in dental and dental clinics.
Prerequisites and basic notions
Theoretical contents of the 1st year courses. Active participation and experimentation in the planned laboratory and exercise activities. Active participation in the internship preparation process. Passed the low and high risk safety course

Didactic methods
internship in clinical settings Referring to internship experiences in a clinical setting: Tutoring 1:1 or 1:2 The internship lead supervisor is a hygienist from the site to which the student has been assigned. The university tutor will monitor the experience through tutorial interviews, in agreement with the supervising tutor. exercise in simulated contexts analysis of clinical cases
