Learning outcomes

Acquisire le nozioni fondamentali sui sistemi di stimolazione cardiaca e sui defibrillatori impiantabili

Program

Il ritmo cardiaco fisiologico. Le principali aritmie ipocinetiche ed ipercinetiche. Principi di funzionamento di stimolatori cardiaci, defibrillatori impiantabili ed elettrocateteri. Le fasi dell’impianto , del Follow-up e riconoscimento dei principali malfunzionamenti


1) La formazione e la conduzione fisiologici dell’impulso nel cuore. Le aritmie ipocinetiche (blocco seno atriale e blocchi atrio-ventricolari di I , II, III grado. Sindrome del seno carotideo ipersensibile. Blocco di branca. Fibrillazione atriale a bassa risposta ventricolare
2) Stimolatori cardiaci: principi di funzionamento, stimolatori monocamerali e bicamerali, modalità di stimolazione e codice NASPE di classificazione.
3) Elettrocateri endocardici e epicardici. Struttura. Maturazione dell’elettrodo.


4) La resincronizzazione cardiaca: presupposti teorici, principi della stimolazione biventricolare
5) Le aritmie ipercinetiche ventricolari e i defibrillatori impiantabili
6) L’impianto del PM , il magnete, i principali malfunzionamenti
