The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. This unit aims at illustrating the essential aspects of the most common industrial chemical processes. In particolar it will focus on safety concerns about dangerous compounds and their processing. Special attention will be dedicated to active and passive safety systems and to health risks evaluations.

Olefin production, Schemes regarding principal petrolchemistry processes

Methanol, Formaldehyde, halogen derivatives, aromatic compounds
6) Derivative organic products
Polimers, Resins, Dyes, Detergents
7) Industrial Inorganic Chemistry
Nitrogen cycle: fertilizers. Sulfur cycle:solforic acid. Phosphorous cycle: fertilizers,
elementary phosphorous. Cements and ceramics. Electrochemical processes: chlorine
production; galvanic industry.
8) Chemical risk evaluation in the industrial area.
