Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to examine the main ways of conducting sports activity in non-profit organizations. The expected learning outcomes are: KNOWLEDGE 1) Understand how an organization's information system works 2) Examine the management and its internal organizational components 3) Interpret a budget, learning how to build specific performance indicators 4) Know the main tax concepts necessary for the organization SKILLS' 1) Appreciate the "value" generated by the organization 2) Monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of management. 3) Identify any pathological aspects of a company in crisis.

The course adopts different didactical methods, and the Moodle platform supports it. Both attending and non-attending students can subscribe to the Moodle platform to participate in proposed activities.
With traditional lessons, the course adopts didactical strategies such as shared lessons, cooperative learning, case study, and other active dynamics aimed to allow the development of practical competencies and critical skills beyond knowledge.

Examination Methods

The evaluation is based on a written test (for all students) and an oral test (optional). The student can access the colloquium on request if the written exam is sufficient.
The written test is composed of both open-ended and multiple-choice questions.
The exam methods are the same for all students.
