Type D and Type F activities

I Regolamenti dei corsi di laurea e di laurea magistrale di scienze motorie prevedono che gli studenti possano completare il proprio piano didattico, frequentando oltre agli insegnamenti obbligatori anche delle attività formative a scelta, per approfondire alcuni aspetti tematici o settori di interesse, in coerenza con il proprio percorso formativo.

Le attività formative a scelta di ambito D sono indicate all’interno del piano didattico del corso di studio prescelto, mentre le attività formative di ambito F sono individuate da una apposita commissione di docenti. Queste ultime attività possono essere conferenze, seminari, webinar, altro e vengono acquisite con una valutazione e non con un voto in trentesimi.

Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide basic knowledge, applications and methodological tools to understand the coaching process and the role of mental aspects in the process of improvement and optimisation of performance.

MONOGRAPHIC-APPLICATION PART
1: MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF STRESS IN SOME REAL CASES OF ARCTIC OR ALPINISTIC EXPEDITION.

Examination Methods

The exams will be oral and will take place ONLINE on 10 June and 4 July 2022.
A – ATTENDING students (those who appear to have made up to two absences)
The exam focuses on:
A. Reference text-> P. Trabucchi, OPUS, Corbaccio 2019, 3rd edition
B. Concepts and notions developed in class
C. A paper to be agreed with the teacher of MAX 3 pages. The essay will focus on a topic chosen by the student connected with the topics of the course. It is required to write something original - even simple reflections and personal considerations - on a subject that has fascinated or intrigued, possibly applied to one's professional or sporting experiences.
IMPORTANT: The paper goes to the attention of the teacher (info@pietrotrabucchi.it or ptrab@tiscali.it) at least 3 days before the exam.
B - NON-ATTENDING students:
The exam focuses on two texts, which require a non-superficial reading:
A. P. Trabucchi, OPUS, Corbaccio 2019, 3rd edition
B. P. Trabucchi, IN THE STORM OF THE FUTURE, 2021, Corbaccio

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE
