Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide students with the skills to carry out individual research on Medieval History.

Program

The lectures will be dedicated to the role of violence and war in the Frankish Society. In particular it will be studied the link between "private" and "public" armies.

Written paper and oral exam.The essay must be sent to the Professor at least three days before the exam.
