Program

Protein-protein interactions handle a wide range of biological processes, and their malfunction can underlie major diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
In this seminar we will address the chemical basis of molecular recognition between proteins and introduce the basic concepts to develop molecular strategies aimed at inhibiting or stabilizing protein-protein interactions, such as peptido-mimetics and the PROTAC technology.
