Learning objectives

GENERAL OBJECTIVES: - Know the problems of people at work in organisational contexts, master tools for analysing training practices, deepen the characteristics of training and development contexts and interventions also in a comparative and pedagogical perspective. - Use techniques to intervene on the problems related to people at work in organisational contexts, use tools for analysing training practices, intervene in training and development contexts also in a comparative and pedagogical perspective. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: The course aims to offer a set of knowledge and skills concerning issues related to people at work in organisational contexts in a pedagogical perspective. The valorisation and development of personal and professional identity come to be constituted as organisational tasks necessary to guarantee learning and development for the enterprise itself. In this perspective, the course aims to enable students to understand the dynamics of work relations from a perspective that restores centrality to people. The course has the following specific training objectives: - understand the dynamics of work relations from a perspective that restores centrality to people; - identify the characteristics of humanistic organisational forms and practices; - pedagogically interpret work dynamics and contexts; - foster learning in organisational contexts; - promote organisational development in ways that favour the involvement, participation and enhancement of all people at work.

Prerequisites and basic notions

There are no particular prerequisites to participate in the course

Program

The program involves the knowledge and in-depth study of two thematic nodes:
- theory on adult learning developed by Knowles, and called Andragogy
- the structural differences of learning in adulthood, how to organize effective learning for adults and for adults in organizational contexts
B) theory on process consultancy developed by Schein:
- difference between process consultancy and other forms of consultancy
- process consultancy as the construction of a helping relationship for people and organizations - tools for - developing a effective organizational development and supporting people in their growth path

Didactic methods

The teaching method used will alternate moments of frontal lessons aimed at transmitting new contents, and therefore theoretical models and methodological reference schemes. Some testimonials: from managers, entrepreneurs, analysts, consultants etc. who, from their professional point of view, narrate interesting experiences to facilitate the understanding of theoretical models. Practical exercises: which help the participant to work in a group, analyze problems and search for solutions. Production of Project Work capable of offering an application summary of the contents learned.

Learning assessment procedures

The assessment of the knowledge acquired by the student will consist of an oral interview. The evaluation of the skills acquired will consist of:
- the presentation and evaluation of a Project Work carried out by the student during the course, with the aim of making an application synthesis of the contents learned;
- questions on the texts presented in the bibliography and on the contents present in the lesson hours.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

- evaluation of knowledge of the contents in the bibliography
- evaluation of the correctness and quality of the Project Work

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

Stage e Tirocini

Lo/a studente/essa tirocinante curricolare sarà chiamato/a svolgere, presso gli Enti che lo ospitano, attività che prevedono competenze associate alla figura professionale dello Psicologo, in particolare lo Psicologo per la formazione, e nello specifico:  

  • attività di progettazione, realizzazione e valutazione dell’efficacia di interventi di percorsi formativi, nonché attività volte alla facilitazione dell'apprendimento nel ciclo di vita, in particolare in contesti organizzativi;
  • attività che prevedano l’analisi delle relazioni interpersonali, dei contesti organizzativi e delle pratiche lavorative;
  • attività che prevedano la gestione di processi organizzativi complessi, per lo sviluppo e la valorizzazione delle persone all'interno delle organizzazioni;
  • attività di progettazione, realizzazione e valutazione di interventi psicologici volti all’orientamento scolastico e professionale;
  • attività che prevedono l’uso di tecniche e strumenti di analisi delle situazioni e dei contesti, di raccolta di informazioni, e di interpretazione dei risultati, principalmente in relazione ai contesti organizzativi.

 
Tali attività si svolgono in Aziende ed Enti accreditati presso l’Ateneo. Lo/la studente/essa sarà seguito da un tutor accademico e da un tutor aziendale. Alle attività di tirocinio sono attribuiti n. 9 CFU (pari a 225 ore).
