Learning objectives
GENERAL OBJECTIVES: - Understand the issues of people at work in organizational contexts, master the tools for analyzing educational practices, deepen the characteristics of training and development contexts and interventions, also from a comparative and pedagogical perspective - Use techniques to address the issues related to people at work in organizational contexts, use tools for analyzing educational practices, intervene in training and development contexts, also from a comparative and pedagogical perspective. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: The course aims to provide the conceptual and methodological basis needed to analyse contextual characteristics, and training and development activities, in a comparative perspective, and to evaluate the relevance, adaptability or transferability of principles, methods and modes of intervention between contexts (local, national and international). The course has the following educational objectives: - To provide the necessary knowledge to understand how international bodies contribute to the development of adult learning policies, also in a comparative perspective - To provide the theoretical and methodological knowledge necessary to critically analyse the developments of international policies for adult learning and their effects on organizational contexts - To provide the knowledge and tools needed to analyse the correspondence of training practices in organizational contexts to the political intentionality of solving problems relating to people at work.

Program
The course offers an introduction, also in a comparative perspective, of the main international bodies involved in the development of policies and intervention programs in support of adult learning.
Consistent with the educational objectives, the teaching pays attention to the functioning and interaction methods between these organizations, national governments, and other political actors in the educational field, and to the current recommendations, agendas and programs in terms of skills development and adult learning especially at the European level.
The topics will cover the following thematic areas, which are interrelated:

• The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
• The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
• The European Union (EU)
• The International Labor Organization (ILO)
➢ Recommendations, agendas and programs for skills development and adult learning:
• The 2015 UNESCO Recommendation on Adult Learning and Education
• The OECD Skills Strategy
• The Recommendation of the Council of the European Union on paths to improve the level of skills of 2016
• The European Agenda for Skills 2020-2025
• The New European Agenda for Adult Learning 2021-2030
• The European Year of Skills 2023
• The ILO Strategy on Skills and Lifelong Learning 2030

Didactic methods
The course is delivered face-to-face, without streaming or video recording.
Attendance is strongly recommended.
In addition to the frontal lessons, students will actively participate in exercises and discussions in the classroom, or in preparation for subsequent lessons. This preparation may include the identification of reference material through focused research on specialized journals (in Italian or foreign language).
Furthermore, attending students will be required, within the first 2 weeks of the start of the course, to form working pairs in order to carry out a short study which they will report on during the exam.
Consistent with these expectations, useful information will be provided during the course to carry out this study.
All students are required to register on the teaching e-learning platform.
Learning assessment procedures
The assessment of learning outcomes includes:
- the production of a small study (in written form)
- an oral presentation
Evaluation criteria
The comparative paper is aimed at verifying:
- the ability to use and link the acquired knowledge;
- the ability to structure a written text;
- the ability to analyse and argument;
- the property of language;
- the ability to locate, use, and appropriately cite the sources of information.
The oral presentation is intended to verify the ability to communicate to third parties, in a synthetic, clear and effective manner, the choice and relevance of the subject covered in the paper as well as the knowledge acquired through its production.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The grade is assigned, in the first instance, to the study carried out (in written form) . This grade can be confirmed and / or increased (up to 2 points) on the basis of the oral presentation.

Stage e Tirocini
Lo/a studente/essa tirocinante curricolare sarà chiamato/a svolgere, presso gli Enti che lo ospitano, attività che prevedono competenze associate alla figura professionale dello Psicologo, in particolare lo Psicologo per la formazione, e nello specifico:
- attività di progettazione, realizzazione e valutazione dell’efficacia di interventi di percorsi formativi, nonché attività volte alla facilitazione dell'apprendimento nel ciclo di vita, in particolare in contesti organizzativi;
- attività che prevedano l’analisi delle relazioni interpersonali, dei contesti organizzativi e delle pratiche lavorative;
- attività che prevedano la gestione di processi organizzativi complessi, per lo sviluppo e la valorizzazione delle persone all'interno delle organizzazioni;
- attività di progettazione, realizzazione e valutazione di interventi psicologici volti all’orientamento scolastico e professionale;
- attività che prevedono l’uso di tecniche e strumenti di analisi delle situazioni e dei contesti, di raccolta di informazioni, e di interpretazione dei risultati, principalmente in relazione ai contesti organizzativi.
Tali attività si svolgono in Aziende ed Enti accreditati presso l’Ateneo. Lo/la studente/essa sarà seguito da un tutor accademico e da un tutor aziendale. Alle attività di tirocinio sono attribuiti n. 9 CFU (pari a 225 ore).
