Learning outcomes
GENERAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To know and understand the processes concerning training and education according to the perspective of disciplines such as philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology. *To apply ethics-philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology knowledge to observe and understand diversity and migratory phenomena in order to favour and support processes of social and cultural inclusion.
SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To understand the basic methods of territorial analysis and apply them to the different territorial systems, with focus on the following topics: production systems, specific characteristics of firms and labour markets, public actors and the relationships between local dynamics and global changes (economical, technological, geopolitical, demographical...). *To identify the specific training needs of companies and organizations in their territorial contexts.
