Learning objectives
1) Know and understand theories about formative processes of individuals and organisations with particular focus to to capabilities approach;
2) Know and understand pedagogic theories which underpin processes and learning tecniques, training and development of individuals and different working communities with respect to indispendable social and cultural inclusion processes;
3) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques in order to analyse learning processes and communities of practice which contribute in train educators.
2) Specific educational aims. Know and understand epistemologies which inspire education philosophies: models, languages, procedures in educational contests; master and be familiar with philosophical approaches applied to education using philosophical brainstorm and critical pedagogy point of views. Know and understand education and work issues in the view of abilities.
Prerequisites and basic notions
There are no prerequisites other than those for access to the Degree Course.
Program
Addressing training as a set of processes that allow you to acquire skills and create skills within an organizational and life context, the course will deepen the perspective of common goods.
In a time of economic, social and ecological transition, the future of training and work are declined in a planetary context and must be rethought in the light of training and "future" work.
Drawing on the contributions that social, ecological and feminist movements offer from various parts of the world, we will discuss together the emerging orientations for “possible futures”.
Bibliography
Didactic methods
Lectures, class discussions, group and individual work, open meetings with external guests. Interaction, dialogue and participation will be promoted.
Learning assessment procedures
-For attending students, the exam includes a written exercise and a final oral interview. The tests will both weigh for 50%. The exercise will include written work - partly individual and partly group - on a text present in the bibliography and on the lessons. The punctual procedures will be explained in class. The oral exam will focus on a second text in the bibliography and on the lessons.
-For non-attending students, the exam includes an oral interview on all the texts in the bibliography.
Evaluation criteria
For attending students, the final grade will be the average of the two tests (written and oral). For non-attending students, the interview will be assessed on the basis of knowledge of the texts in the bibliography, of lexical competence and of reflexive and critical skills.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
For the attending students, the final grade will be the result of the average of the marks of the two tests which will both weigh 50%. For non-attending students, the final grade of the interview will take into account the assessment criteria indicated.
