Program
The course aims to treat the links between practice-learning-transformation from a pedagogical point of view. During the course we will deepen from the point of view of theoretical and empirical research the processes that allow individuals, groups and communities - in formal, informal and non-formal contexts - to learn, change and transform the contexts of life and work by focusing on the practices. By employing the construct "community of practice" in relation to different theories of transformative learning, we will explore the models of training-research, cooperative training and participatory training. The course is divided into two complementary modules designed as an integrated whole. The 6 CFU module will be held by the course coordinator and the 3 CFU module by a contract teacher. During the course we will deal with the following thematic nuclei: - organizations as constellations of "communities of practice" and related learning theories - social learning theory: community, social practice, meaning, identity - transformative learning theories - training-research, cooperative-training and training - training as a material and symbolic composition - works, work, training: the devices of craftsmanship and laboratory - training and self-training in a convivial perspective - generating community: bonds social and context practices - the new practices of citizenship.
