The module aims to:
- insert the implications on professional responsibility at the clinical and organizational-management level, introduced by Law 8 March 2017, n. 24
- indicate the implications on the professional responsibility of directives 93/104 / EC and 2000/34 / EC concerning the aspects of working time by the legislative decree 8 April 2003, n. 66.
- reflect on the responsibilities of the workplace in guaranteeing safety at work (Consolidated Act Safety at work 81/08 updated to July 2018)
- problems in the areas of responsibility and decision-making in the clinical assistance activity in collaboration with OSS
