Learning outcomes

The module aims to:
- insert the implications on professional responsibility at the clinical and organizational-management level, introduced by Law 8 March 2017, n. 24
- indicate the implications on the professional responsibility of directives 93/104 / EC and 2000/34 / EC concerning the aspects of working time by the legislative decree 8 April 2003, n. 66.
- reflect on the responsibilities of the workplace in guaranteeing safety at work (Consolidated Act Safety at work 81/08 updated to July 2018)
- problems in the areas of responsibility and decision-making in the clinical assistance activity in collaboration with OSS

Program

Analysis of the implications on professional responsibility at the clinical and organizational-management level, introduced by Law 8 March 2017, n. 24 Provisions on the safety of care and the assisted person, as well as on the professional responsibility of health care professionals.

Implications on the professional liability of Directives 93/104 / EC and 2000/34 / EC concerning certain aspects of the organization of working time provided for by Legislative Decree 8 April 2003, n. 66.
