Learning outcomes
The course intends to start with the definition of the concept of tradition and its revision in the postmodern period.
Program
The course will be centred on the interdisciplinary relationship between law and literature. The lessons will first focus on the methodological aspects of this comparison, then on the legal aspects of some literary texts, diachronically chosen.
Examination Methods
The exam will be oral and will consist in a discussion of the various texts of the course.
