Digital Transformation and IT change (2021/2022)
Learning outcomes
The main objective of this course is to understand the role played by Information Technology (IT) techniques in the change and transformation of the corporate and social organization. Theories and concepts related to the IT world will be analyzed, together with case studies, experiences and real situations in order to understand what contributes to the realization of a lasting and successful change in the organizational, logistical and social fields. Both external and internal factors that guide and prevent change and transformation will be examined in different contexts.
At the end of the course the student has to show to have acquired the following skills:
● understanding of the basics of IT techniques
● ability to identify the main elements characterizing the IT-change possibilities within specific areas of application
● ability to measure resistance to change for specific case studies
