Historical and regulatory context of decentralized analyses. Provincial resolutions-POCT. Definitions and synonyms POCT-NET and PONT. ASSURED WHO criteria. Application areas and appropriateness. Advantages and disadvantages. Main POCT technologies, current devices available. LFIA in-depth analysis. A look at the global market for in vitro diagnostic POCT. POCT APSS: glycemia, ketonemia, blood gas analysis, coagulation, POCT systems in emergency medicine. POCT organizational principles and models. Operating methods. The phases of the decentralized analysis process. Connectivity - middleware The POCT report. Communication of critical values. Anomalous values. Operating procedures and instructions. The TSLB profile in POCT processes and the complementation with other healthcare professional profiles and OSS.
