Learning objectives
The course deals with the statutory instruments governing means of transport, with particular reference to the national and international uniform law regime. The course will explore the principles on which the system of transport is based and will provide students with a method to examine and solve legal cases. At the end of the course, students shall demonstrate to be familiar with the statutory instruments and to be able to use technical arguments by using an appropriate terminology and a correct legal reasoning also based on the international experience.
