Learning outcomes
I believe that the différence sexuelle is very important in the life of the mind. The thought of sexual difference is a new and original perspective, open by feminist thinking, in the horizon of contemporary philosophy. At the end of the course the student must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the texts and judgment autonomy.
Program
Contemporary feminine mysticism
The course examines the contribution of some mystical authors to contemporary thought. While in the philosophy of the past the contribution of female thinkers was small, in the field of mystical knowledge the female contribution was always significant.
The program is as follows: 1. General presentation of female mysticism (introductory part)
2. Commentary and partial reading of the texts by Simone Weil, Etty Hillesum, Adrienne von Speyr.
1. Présentation général de la mystique féminine (partie introductive) ;
